Lets be honest. I’m a big guy. I don’t mean that in terms of popularity or that I’m full of muscle or even my stature. What I mean is, when I step on the Wii Fit Board, it makes an ouch sound.
So, I’ve been working at it. I set a goal about 9 weeks ago (New Years) and for the most, have been moving towards that goal one pound at a time. I think its time I share my goal and my progress and keep me accountable. I won’t bore you with the details of every calorie consumed or burned (that’s what MyFitnessPal is for), but I am starting a weekly post with my numbers. And not just pounds-lost, my actual weight and BMI, so you can truly see how much of a fat-ass I am. I’ll call it:
Weigh-in Wednesdays – because I like alliteration.
So without further delay, this week’s numbers:
