No, I haven’t forgotten about the ongoing APFT Challenge and hopefully neither have you!
I can tell just by my 5k PR this month that the running segment should be much improved.
I’ve also done more strength training than I’ve done in a long time. Hopefully that shows when it comes to my push-ups and sit-ups.
How have other participants been preparing for this month’s test? Remember, the last day of March also happens to be Easter, so maybe plan to do it before then.
